Title I Program Notifications:

At the beginning of each school year, Districts shall notify the families of each student attending any school receiving Title I funds that the families may request (and in a timely manner), information regarding any State or District policy regarding student participation in any assessments. §1112(e)(2)(A)


For any District receiving Title I funds, at the beginning of each school year the district shall notify the families of each student attending any school that the families may request, and the district will provide to the parents, in a timely manner, information regarding the professional qualifications of the student’s teacher/s. §1112(e)(1)(A)
