We will take school transportation to Julesburg for sport physicals on July 28th. School transportation will leave at 8:15am or you can meet us at the clinic at 8:30 Contact Mr. Brost (nbrost@southplatteschools.com) for transportation information by July 26th so we can plan accordingly.
